Technological process procedure

ET – 07 is hardened at given ratio with hardener P11. Mixing both ingredients is realized mechanically, e.g. by electric drill with attachment. Both ingredients temperature while mutual mixing must reach min. + 15°C. Mixture processing is according to mixture conditions and according to its amount approximately for 50 min. While application, please secure such temperature conditions in order to eliminate humidity condensing on surface (dew point). When mixing and applying larger amount of ET – 07 it is recommended to secure area by ventilation; the best way is active ventilation (by fan). It is necessary to limit eventual acid gas and steam occurence (e.g. CO2), which react with hardener and prevent ideal material hardening.

Preparation for application

To mix eventual sediment, to weigh out mastic and hardener at prescibed ratio and to mix thoroughly. Avoid mixing air into substance while mixing. Use protective rubber gloves and glasses or face shield while handling as hardeners are strong alcalic corrosives.
