Application instructions

This double-component epoxide glue is determined mainly for gluing, cementing, watering, eventaully laminating. It is hardened by hardener P 11 and another set of hardeners according to application type and its usage. It also finds its application at preparation of gluing compositions of metal, glass, ceramics, porcelaine, wood and eternite.

Hardening ratio – epoxy component 100 : 7 parts of hardener substance P 11/

Storing

Store at dry and well ventilated place at temperatures from 5°C to 25°C. Protect against frost, fire sources and sunshine.

Sentences determining special risk

S 36/38 Irritates eyes and skin. R 43 May cause sensibility while skin contact. R 51/53 Toxical for water organism, it may cause long-time unfavourable effects in water component of environment.

Contains

bisphenol-A-epichorhyrdine resin with average molecule weight≤700.

Directions for safety application

S 2 Keep out of reach of children. A 24 Avoid eye contact. S 28 After skin contact, wash with a large amount of water. S 29 Do not drain into sewerage network. S 37/39 Wear appropriate gloves and protective means for eyes and face. S 46 In case of ingestion, search immediately for a medical help and show this cover or label. S 61 Avoid releasing into environment. Read special instructions, Safety Information Card.

It contains epoxide substances. Follow instructions of the producer.

Pre-medical first aid

In case of breathing take the affected person to fresh air; when having skin contact, wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly; when eye contact – open eyelids and rinse the affected eye thoroughly by water for min. 20 minutes; when ingesting, rinse mouth thoroughly, drink water and do not cause vomitting. In each cases, consult each case immediately or according to need with a physician. In case of any need, the physician may consult National Toxicological Information Service Tel. No. + 421 2/5477 4166. Dispose in accordance with Waste Act as a dangerous waste.

ABRASIVE PASTE - FOR SIGNING SURFACE UNEVENESS

Abrasive paste with a content of mineral oil, paraffinic ingredient and filling. It is designated for signing surface unevenesses at jointing connecting areas of machines parts and so on. The paste adheres very well at metal surface as well as at sliding areas surface; it does not smear and it does not dry out. Main application of abrasive paste is at machinery plants, agricultural plants, repair factories, chemical industry and so on.
