Product Description

REOBET is superplastificating (strongly reducing by water) additive for concrete and mortar. Having liquiding and dispersant effect on concrete particles. Enables significant mixtures improvement without water increase or significantly decrease water content (up to 45 %) without its treatment disruption.

Concrete mixture with 50 to 100 mm treatment cone may be altered into self-solid and liquid mixture, not requiring any or minimum vibration. It extends treatment and improves cohesiveness of fresh mixture; siplifies its laying and soliditing. It increases both initial and final solidity of hardehing mixture, its density, durability and water-penetrability. It also decreases substance reduction and occurence of cracks.

Active ingredients: Mixture polycarboxylate-ether. Application temperature: +5°C up to +30°C Dosing: Concrete 0,2 up to 0,5 litre per 50 kg cement Flooring coatings 07 up to 1 litre per 50 kg cement (depending on required speed if initial solidity increase) It is added into mixture together with water and gravel.

Overdosing may result final solidity reduction!

Mutual compatibility

It is compatible with entire kinds of cement, lime and plaster. Without testing it may not be combined with other additives, except for MOVYCHEM pigments.

STORING

• At covered rooms with tempereature +5°C up to + 30°C.
• Protect against frosts!!! In case getting frozen – leave free to defrose and mix thoroughly.
• Store within 1 year from packaging date in closed containers.

WORK SAFETY AND PROTECTION

General instructions: Search for a medical help, if influence (irritation) continues after contact with the product and not dismissed after providing first aid.

After breathing

To transport affected person on fresh air. Keep in peace, search for medical help if difficulties continue.

After skin contact

Wash by water stream and soap before the product dries.

After eye contact

To rinse immediately by water stream/eye solution while holding eyelids upside. Search for medical help if irritation persists.

After ingesting

Drink about 0,5 l water, do not cause vomiting. Secure immediate medical help in case of ingesting more than 30 mililitres of the product.
